Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • Filling
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil and cook shrimp until pink, then set aside.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Add pasta and shrimp, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

  • Add spinach or tomatoes for extra flavor.
