Ingredients
  

  • Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Vegetables
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and melt butter in the same pan.
  4. Sauté garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Stir in Italian seasoning and simmer until creamy.
  6. Add zucchini slices and cook until tender.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce before serving.
