Method
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Season and cook chicken until golden.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add cream and cheese; simmer gently.
- Combine pasta and chicken with sauce.
Notes
- Add pasta water if sauce thickens too much
- Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days
- Use fresh Parmesan for best taste
- Don’t overcook chicken
