Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Filling
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup cheese
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Topping
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta in salted water and drain.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add tuna and mix gently.
  4. Pour in cream, milk, and cheese; cook until smooth.
  5. Combine pasta with sauce and let rest before serving.
