Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 6 cups water
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • Topping
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley

Method
 

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until tender. Drain.
  2. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and milk, simmer until slightly thick.
  4. Stir in seasonings and mix with pasta.
  5. Add cheese, let melt, and rest before serving.
