Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 cups cooked shredded Chicken
  • 1 cup cooked pasta or rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread cooked pasta or rice and shredded Chicken evenly in the dish.
  3. Mix cream, milk, cream cheese, and seasonings until smooth.
  4. Pour the creamy filling over the Chicken and spread evenly.
  5. Add cheese and breadcrumb topping, then bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  6. Rest for 10 minutes before serving for the best creamy texture.
