Method
- Season chicken with salt pepper and paprika.
- Heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden on both sides.
- Remove chicken and melt butter then sauté garlic.
- Add cream broth parmesan and seasoning then simmer.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook until coated in thick creamy sauce.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
- If sauce thickens too much add a splash of broth.
- Chicken thighs can replace chicken breasts.
