Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix chicken, pasta/potatoes, peas, and carrots in a large bowl.
- Whisk cream, milk, cream cheese, cheddar, and seasonings.
- Combine sauce with base ingredients and transfer to baking dish.
- Mix breadcrumbs, butter, and parmesan and sprinkle on top.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days.
- Freeze tightly covered for 2 months.
- Substitute turkey for chicken if desired.
- Let casserole cool slightly before slicing.
