  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Topping
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and sauté onion until soft, then add garlic.
  2. Stir in broth, cream, cream cheese, and seasonings. Simmer until smooth.
  3. Add pasta and chicken, mixing until evenly coated.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Top with mozzarella and parmesan, allowing the cheese to melt before serving.
