Method
- Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
- Cook seasoned chicken until golden and fully done.
- Sauté garlic and add cream, simmer until thickened.
- Stir in pesto and cheese until smooth.
- Combine pasta and chicken with sauce and mix well.
Notes
- Add pasta water if sauce gets too thick
- Use fresh basil for garnish
- Swap cream with milk for lighter version
- Store leftovers in fridge for 3 days
