Method
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add cream and milk, then simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and seasonings until smooth.
- Toss pasta and chicken with the sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Notes
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Add a splash of milk when reheating.
