Ingredients
  

  • For Pasta & Shrimp
  • 250 g pasta
  • 400 g shrimp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • For Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • For Topping
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • Extra Parmesan

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until tender; drain.
  2. Season and cook shrimp until pink and golden.
  3. Make sauce with butter, garlic, cream, and broth.
  4. Add cheese and spices; simmer until creamy.
  5. Combine pasta and shrimp; mix well and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days
  • Add milk when reheating for creamy texture
  • Swap shrimp with chicken if desired
  • Adjust spice level to taste
