Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Filling
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun spices and cook in a skillet until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream and milk, then stir in seasonings and simmer until thickened.
  5. Mix in parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Add pasta and chicken, toss until coated in sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Add milk while reheating to maintain creaminess.
  • Shrimp or sausage can replace chicken.
  • Fresh parmesan improves flavor and texture.
