Method
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente then drain.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
- In the same pan sauté garlic in butter then add cream and chicken broth.
- Stir in parmesan cheese and simmer until creamy.
- Add pasta and chicken then toss until evenly coated.
Notes
- Add pasta water if the sauce becomes too thick.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
- Fresh parmesan gives the smoothest sauce.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
