Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat gently in oven or microwave.
- You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch.
- Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep.
