Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • Filling
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Topping
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese.
  4. Spread mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake 18–22 minutes until bubbling and lightly golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat gently in oven or microwave.
  • You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch.
  • Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep.
