Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 500 g beef strips or ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Filling
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Topping / Sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the beef until browned.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in garlic and seasonings.
  4. Pour in beef broth and cream, then simmer until slightly thick.
  5. Add butter and parmesan and stir until creamy.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
