Ingredients
  

  • Base
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 3 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • Filling
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Topping
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta until al dente and drain.
  3. Prepare sauce by heating cream, milk, cheese, garlic, and seasonings.
  4. Mix pasta, chicken, vegetables, and sauce.
  5. Transfer to baking dish and add topping.
  6. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Store in refrigerator for 3–4 days.
  • Freeze leftovers up to 2 months.
  • Rotisserie chicken saves time.
