Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Base
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Creamy Filling
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Topping
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and lightly sear chicken until golden.
  4. Melt butter, sauté garlic, then whisk in flour.
  5. Slowly add chicken broth and cream, stirring until smooth and thick.
  6. Stir in parmesan and spices.
  7. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it.
  8. Top with mozzarella and parmesan.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Add vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor.
  • Boneless chicken thighs can replace chicken breasts.
  • Let the dish rest 5 minutes before serving.
