  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Filling
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup bell peppers
  • ¼ cup olives
  • Topping
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add water and olive oil to form a soft dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes until slightly risen.
  3. Roll the dough into a pizza base and place on a baking tray.
  4. Spread pizza sauce and add cheese and toppings.
  5. Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
