Method
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add water and olive oil to form a soft dough.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes until slightly risen.
- Roll the dough into a pizza base and place on a baking tray.
- Spread pizza sauce and add cheese and toppings.
- Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
