Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Filling
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • Pinch black pepper
  • Pinch garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Spread butter evenly on the outside of both bread slices.
  2. Place cheese slices between the bread with buttered sides facing outward.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the pan.
  4. Cook until the bottom becomes golden and crispy.
  5. Flip and cook the second side until the cheese is melted and gooey.
  6. Rest for 1 minute before slicing and serving.
