Ingredients
  

  • Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Pasta
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Alfredo Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  2. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and nutmeg until smooth.
  5. Toss pasta and chicken with sauce; serve warm with parsley.
