Ingredients
  

  • Corn
  • 6 ears corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Buttery Topping
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Remove husks and silk from the corn and rinse lightly.
  2. Brush each ear with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place corn on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove from grill and brush with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Fresh corn gives the best sweet flavor.
  • Butter should be brushed on after grilling.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Try adding chili powder or Parmesan for extra flavor.
