Method
- Remove husks and silk from the corn and rinse lightly.
- Brush each ear with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place corn on the grill and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Remove from grill and brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley before serving.
Notes
- Fresh corn gives the best sweet flavor.
- Butter should be brushed on after grilling.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Try adding chili powder or Parmesan for extra flavor.
